Another HDR shot. All the rooms in this corridor were isolation cells, so they had very big doors and a little room all the way near the ceiling.

I totally agree with Wim! – the different square- sizes might intensify that feeling of having been imprisoned-formerly- but you might have the same feeling also in our times if you are c visting a ‘closed’ ward of a pyschiatric hospital, where visited a good friend who is suffering by a deep depression. I saw double-closed doors and no window in a very little room could be opened!

Great DoF, and the HDR treatment suits it well to bring out detail in a huge range of light levels.

Ja, mooi HDR shot…ook niet te overdreven. Daarnaast bevalt me tweedeling in de foto wel…de verticale lijn iets rechts van het midden.
