a sad place – formerly as the mentally ill persons there lived – a kind of prison for sure- and now totally abandoned , pealing paint on the walls, broken windows, damaged floor- a kind of hell on earth

Good job on the peeling paint. Does not look like many over-wworked HDRs, has realistic tones and ranges.
