I doesn’t understand the title (my dictionary translates crooked= krom, slinks?)- your pic reminds me of a funny satirical film “De Noorderlingen”(Alex van Warmerdam) I yesterday saw: the curtains were always opened or dicht gemaakt, they played an important part in the crazy story, but we reviewers were always informed what behind the curtains happened!
