I like the generally parallel lines formed by the rope, the blue boat, the upside down boat and the jetty. They lead nicely into the shot.

Nice blues & greens!

Vignetting bit overdone to my liking and getting a bit cliche since its introduction in Lightroom ;) I do like the fact that you only added it to the air and not the bottom.
